Volunteer — Join the Team

The Giving Garage runs on people who care. Whether you're a skilled mechanic, an auto shop, or someone who simply wants to help, there's a place for you on the team.

Volunteer Mechanics & Auto Shops

We're looking for volunteer mechanics and independent auto shops to help inspect, repair, and maintain our vehicles. Your skills and bay time keep our families safely on the road — and every hour you give goes directly to the mission.

General Volunteers

Not a mechanic? We also need:

Drivers — help with vehicle pickup and delivery.

Administrative help — phones, paperwork, and organizing.

Event volunteers — lend a hand at fundraisers and community events.

A Note on Giving Time

Volunteering your time is a generous gift to our families. Please note that donated time is generally not tax-deductible; consult your tax advisor with questions.
